Bring your ERP · Infor · read-only

Margin check for SX.e / CSD.

Run the Margin X-Ray on your Infor SX.e / CloudSuite Distribution data. You pull a few tables read-only, drop them on the X-Ray, and it finds the supplier increases that never reached the price, the expired contracts still billing, the claims never filed, all inside your browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, and no login, password or key ever leaves your building.

Progress OpenEdge. Legacy on-premises installs remain; new sales are multi-tenant CloudSuite on Infor OS.

Where SX.e / CSD keeps it

A distributor’s file is many supplier lines, each with its own rule. These are the places SX.e / CSD stores what the X-Ray reads.

Where Infor SX.e / CloudSuite Distribution stores each piece of pricing data the X-Ray reads.
What the X-Ray readsWhere SX.e / CSD keeps it
Supplier and its listicsw.arpvendno + vendprod; apsv for the name; icsw.baseprice as the multiplier base
Purchase discount groupthe vendor’s price type on icsw (pricetype) and vendor pricing pdsv
Price line / product categoryicsp.prodcat (and icsw.prodline)

The read-only pull

Read-only SQL (on-premises ODBC), or the same queries in Compass on CloudSuite

  1. Your SX.e admin runs these through a read-only ODBC login (on-premises), or as Compass / Data Lake queries (CloudSuite).
  2. Keep the cono filter: every table carries the company number; a multi-company file mixes two sets of prices.
  3. Filter oeeh to invoiced stages and the last 24 months; keep credits as negative lines.
  4. Save each result as CSV with the table’s name and drop them, or one .zip, on the X-Ray.
SQL (SELECT only)
-- company 1 only; read-only login
SELECT cono, prod, descrip, unitstock, prodcat, statustype, brandcode, mfgprod FROM icsp WHERE cono = 1;
SELECT cono, prod, whse, arpvendno, vendprod, listprice, baseprice, avgcost, replcost, replcostdt, priceupddt, qtyonhand, statustype FROM icsw WHERE cono = 1;
SELECT cono, vendno, name FROM apsv WHERE cono = 1;
SELECT cono, pdrecno, levelcd, custno, shipto, prod, prodcat, startdt, enddt, prcdisc, contractno, statustype FROM pdsc WHERE cono = 1;
SELECT cono, rebrecno, vendno, custno, prod, contractno, startdt, enddt FROM pdsr WHERE cono = 1;
SELECT cono, orderno, ordersuf, lineno, shipprod, custno, contractno, rebateamt, intclaimno FROM pder WHERE cono = 1;
SELECT cono, orderno, ordersuf, custno, shipto, invoicedt, slsrepout, whse, transtype, stagecd FROM oeeh WHERE cono = 1 AND stagecd >= 4 AND invoicedt >= DATEADD(month, -24, GETDATE());

A few columns in the sample pack come from a second report in a real pull, and are marked illustrative: icsp.sellpack, icsw.prevreplcost, icsw.purchpack, pdsc.hardprice, pdsc.qtybrk1-5 / prcamt1-5 (product-level break records), pdsr.rebcost, pderc.claimstatus / creditmemono / claimdt, oeeh.frtcost, oeel.quoteno / quoteexpdt, arsc.frttermsdesc / frtminamt, supplier-price-files.csv (the suppliers’ own files).

The traps the X-Ray handles

  • Order identity is orderno + ordersuf (back-order suffixes). Credits and returns are transtype lines.
  • Cost is stored by warehouse (icsw), not by item: branch cost drift is itself a leak, and the X-Ray reports it.
  • pdsc holds expired and quote records (enddt, quotefl): filtered by date and status, and counted.
  • The cono company number is on every table. The X-Ray keeps company 1 and counts the rest.
  • oeel.systemprice against price measures overrides directly: no other ERP in the research is as easy to read for leakage.

The X-Ray recognizes these SX.e / CSD tables from their column names alone and joins them in your browser, with no column choices. Soft-deleted rows are left out and counted, never scanned.

Next: your own file

Start with the free X-Ray on your own export. When you want every leak sized against your invoices and supplier files, the Margin Diagnostic does it on your full data (from $5,000), with your Supplier Line Rulebook and a Line Review Kit for each supplier review included.

Field names follow vendor documentation and community data dictionaries, compiled in our ERP research (October 2026). Your version may name a field differently; the X-Ray’s column matcher accepts either.
